Here at Riken Dental we understand that for some going to the dentist can be a daunting experience. As a result we have taken a number of steps to help reduce patient anxiety and make your experience a positive one.
Payments
We accept most credit cards and expect payment on the day of treatment.
If you are a member of a health fund, please bring your card so we can use the HICAPS facility to invoice directly to your fund. This is a more efficient way to receive rebates and will result in you only needing to pay the gap on the day.
Cancellations
Please notify us if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice to allow us time to offer this appointment to other patients. A fee will be charged if notice is not given, or appointments are not kept.
